The purpose of this project was to create a custom wordmark or logo and design customized packaging that would represent a coffee company’s brand identity.
I began by researching other coffee company logos and brands to understand common visual elements and design approaches within the industry. This preliminary research guided my logo design process. After sketching several options, I chose a logo aligned with my brand goals. I then made a smoke-themed background. Using Photoshop, I merged the logo and background into a cohesive brand identity design. Through this project, I gained an appreciation for the impact logo colors and design can have on the overall identity. By carefully considering the logo and color palette, I crafted a polished, professional brand identity. Once the 2D designs were finished, I used Adobe Dimensions to make 3D mockups demonstrating potential applications for the brand identity on products.
